热烧伤后眼内容摘除联合I期义眼座植入临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨热烧伤后眼内容摘除联合I期义眼座植入的可行性。方法对10例严重眼热烧伤患者，在手术显微镜下行眼内容摘除联合I期义眼座植入。术后随访并观察可能的并发症。结果术后早期球结膜不同程度红肿及少许分泌物，义眼座活动度良好、眼眶饱满、双侧对称；门诊随访2年，未见义眼座暴露、感染、结膜肉芽肿或交感性眼炎等并发症。结论严重热烧伤后眼内容摘除联合I期义眼座植入是一种可考虑和选择的手术方案。Objective To evalute the feasibility of ocular evisceration combined with primary hydroxyapatite implantation after thermal burn. Methods Ten cases of ocular thermal burns received ocular evisceration combined with primary hydroxyapatite implantation under microscope and the potential complications were observed after the operation. Results Early postoperative conjunctival redness, swelling and a few secretions were observed. Orbital motion was good and orbital cavity was full with bilateral symmetry. The outpatient follow-up was 2 years. No infection, implant exposure, conjunctival granuloma or sympathetic ophthalmia complications occurred. Conclusion Ocular evisceration combined with primary hydroxyapatite implantation is a considerable and sellected surgical method for severe ocular thermal burn.
