摘　　要：目的讨论硬膜外导管双路置管泪小管吻合术的体会。方法就128例泪小管断裂吻合术的经验，介绍手术中一些缩短手术时间，提高手术效果的细节。结果本组治愈111例，（86．7％），好转12例，无效5例。结论硬膜外导管双路置管行泪小管吻合术可以大大缩短手术时间，而且更可以提高手术成功率。Objective To discuss the experience of dual intubation of the epidural catheter in the anastomosis of lacrimal canaliculus. Methods The experience of 128 cases of laceration of lacrimal canaliculus anastomosis was introduced. Results In this group, 111 cases were cured （86.7%）, 12 cases improved and 5 cases were ineffective. Conclusion Epidural catheter dual intubation for the anastomosis of lacrimal canaliculus can greatly shorten the operation time, and improve the success rate of operation.
