胰腺导管腺癌CT灌注成像与HIF-1α表达相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨胰腺导管腺癌CT灌注成像和HIF-1α因子表达之间的关系。方法:正常对照组33例,病理证实胰腺导管腺癌病例组35例,行胰腺64层CT灌注扫描并获得CT灌注成像参数,术后标本免疫组化缺氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)检测,探讨CT灌注参数与HIF-1α的关系。结果:胰腺导管腺癌BF,BV较正常对照组减低,通透性较正常对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Ⅲ-Ⅳ级胰腺导管腺癌组BF、BV明显低于Ⅰ-Ⅱ级组,Ⅲ-Ⅳ级胰腺导管腺癌组HIF-1α明显高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ级组(P<0.05)。BF与HIF-1α有良好的相关性(r=-0.612,P<0.01),BV与HIF-1α有中等程度相关性(r=-0.464,P<0.01)。结论:胰腺导管腺癌CT灌注成像参数BF、BV对胰腺导管腺癌血管生成评价有一定价值。Purpose： To investigate the correlation between 64-CT perfusion imaging features of patients with pancreatic ductal cancer and HIF-1α. Methods： CT perfusion imaging was performed in 35 patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma confirmed by surgical results, and 33 healthy volunteers were served as controls. CT perfusion imaging parameters and expression of HIF-1α in patients with pancreatic carcinoma were examined.Results： Blood flow（BF） and Blood volume（BV） was lower in patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma than that in controls. Permeability was higher than that in controls（P〈0.01）. BF and BV was lower in patientswith pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma grade III-IV than that in grade I-II group. HIF-1α was higher in grade IIIIV group than that in grade I-II group. Correlations were existed between HIF-1α and BF（r =-0.612, P〈0.01）, BV（r =-0.464, P〈0.01）. Conclusions： CT perfusion imaging could provide useful parameters, such as BF and BV, which were correlated with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma angiogenesis.
