脑心通胶囊联合依达拉奉对大面积脑梗死老年患者血清IL-17、hs-CRP及MMP-3水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察脑心通胶囊联合依达拉奉对大面积脑梗死老年患者血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)水平的影响。方法将110例老年脑梗死患者随机分为2组,对照组单用依达拉奉治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用脑心通胶囊治疗,2组均以7 d为1个疗程,2组均治疗2个疗程。比较2组治疗前及治疗后7 d、14 d的血清IL-17、hs-CRP及MMP-3水平,并记录2组治疗前后MESS评分、Barthel指数评分。结果 2组治疗后7 d、14 d血清IL-17、hs-CRP及MMP-3水平均低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且观察组上述指标均低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后7 d、14 d MESS评分、Barthel指数均较治疗前有所改善(P均<0.05),且观察组上述评分改善优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后14 d观察组治疗总有效率亦显著高于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论脑心通胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗能够显著降低大面积脑梗死老年患者的血清IL-17、hs-CRP及MMP-3水平,进而改善患者的神经功能缺损症状,提高患者的日常生活活动能力。Objective It is to observe the effect of Naoxintong capsule combined with Edaravone on the serum levels of IL-17,hs-CRP and MMP-3 in elderly patients with massive brain infarction（ MBI）. Methods 110 cases of elderly patients with MBI were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group was treated with Edaravone,the observation group was added with Naoxintong capsule on the basis of treatment in control group. 7 days was one treatment course and both groups were treated for2 courses. The changes of the levels of serum IL-17,hs-CRP and MMP- 3,the scores of MESS and Barthel index before treatment and at 7,14 days after treatment were observed and compared in both groups. Results The levels of IL-17,hs-CRP and MMP-9 at 7,17 days after treatment were all lower than those before treatment in both groups（ P0. 05）,and the decreases were more significant in observation group compared with those in control group（ P0. 05）. The scores of MESS and Barthel index at 7,17 days after treatment were all improved than those before treatment in both groups（ P0. 05）,and the improvements were more significant in observation group compared with those in control group（ P0. 05）. The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group（ P0. 05）,no severe side effect was found during treatment.Conclusion Naoxintong capsule combined with Edaravone can significantly decrease the serum levels of IL-17,hs-CRP and MMP-3 in elderly patients with massive brain infarction,thus to improve improve the symptoms of neurological impairment and the activities of daily living.
