非超乳小切口白内障手术在高龄白内障患者中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高龄白内障患者行非超乳小切口白内障手术的疗效。方法对2011年~2014年在我院就诊的240例（320眼）高龄白内障患者随机分成2组,分别行非超乳小切口联合人工晶状体植入术（观察组）和超乳联合人工晶状体植入术（对照组）治疗,对两种手术的疗效及安全性进行比较。结果治疗后,观察组与对照组在视力、不良反应发生率上无明显的统计学差异（P〉0.05）观察组的平均治疗费用明显低于对照组。结论临床上高龄白内障患者行小切口非超声乳化手术治疗安全性有效,值得在基层医院推广。Objective To study the effect of senile cataract patients treated by phacoemulsification small incision cataract operation. Methods 240 cases（ 320 eyes） of senile cataract in our hospital from 2014 to 2011 were randomly divided into 2 groups. Non phacoemulsification small incision combined with intraocular lens implantation（ observation group） and phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation（ control group） were performed. Results There was no significant difference in visual acuity and adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group after therapy（ P〉 0. 05） .The average cost of treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Non phacoemulsification small incision surgery is safe and effective for elderly patients inclinical. it is worthy of promotion in the primary hospital.
