摘　　要：医学检验实习是重要的教学环节,是实现课堂教学与实践相结合的有效途径。毕业实习使知识向能力转化,是学校教育的深化和延续。如何做好实习教学工作,符合检验医学学科特点,适应现代化社会医学需求,提高学生临床实习效果,本文将以ISO 15189实验室认可体系与检验专业实习生人才的培养相结合的方式进行探讨。Medical test practice, as an important link in teaching,is an effective way to realize the combination of classroom teaching and practice. Graduation practice transforms knowledge to ability, so it is the deepening and extension of university education. To improve practice teaching conforms to the characteristics of medical test and meets the medical needs of modern society.To improve the effect of students＇ clinical practice, this paper integrates ISO 15189 laboratory accreditation system with the cultivation of talents majoring in medical test.
