摘　　要：文章采用实证分析的方法,对江苏115家企业的调研结果进行分析,明确了江苏企业创新发展的制约因素,并提出了江苏企业创新发展对策。In this paper,through the investigation of 115 enterprises in Jiangsu,we use an empirical method to analyze the factors restricting the innovative development of enterprises in Jiangsu.The innovative development countermeasures for Jiangsu＇s enterprises are put forward.
