摘　　要：文章立足江苏企业研发机构的建设现状,研究江苏企业研发机构建设模式与运行机制的特征和存在问题,提出进一步推进企业研发机构发展的对策和建议,包括建立多元化投入、推进产学研合作、完善服务机制、强化创新意识等。Based on status of the research and development（RD）institutions in Jiangsu corporations, we focus oninvestigating the characteristics and problems of these RD institutions＇ construction modes and operationalmechanisms. Moreover, we propose further strategies and suggestions to promote the development of RD institutions,including the establishing diversified investments, promoting production and research cooperation, improving servicemechanisms, and enhancing innovative consciousness.
