摘　　要：目的研究高血压脑出血患者术后早期气管切开应用对肺部感染预防效果,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法对医院2013年2月-2014年11月高血压脑出血手术治疗的70例患者进行回顾性分析,随机分为两组,各35例;治疗组术后24h内行气管切开术,对照组术后未行气管切开术或者行气管切开术时间于手术24h后,全部患者均使用抗菌药物预防感染,数据采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果治疗组患者肺部感染率为14.28%,明显低于对照组的42.85%;治疗组患者肺部感染控制时间为(5.42±1.21)d,显著低于对照组的(16.52±2.25)d,两组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压脑出血手术患者给予早期气管切开术,可有效预防肺部感染,值得应用。OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of postoperative early tracheotomy on prevention of pulmonary infections in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage so as to provide guidance for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 70 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who received surgical procedures from Feb 2013 to Nov 2014 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with tracheotomy within 24 hours after the surgery,while the control group was not treated with tracheotomy after the surgery or was treated with tracheotomy after the surgery for 24 hours.All of the patients were treated with antibiotics so as to prevent the infections,and the statistical analysis of data was performed with the use of SPSS 17.0software.RESULTS The incidence rate of pulmonary infections of the treatment group was 14.28%,significantly lower than 42.85% of the control group.The time of control of pulmonary infections was（5.42±1.21）days in the treatment group,significantly shorter than（16.52±2.25）days in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION The early tracheotomy may effectively prevent the pulmonary infections in the hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients undergoing the surgery,and it is worthy to be promoted in the hospital.
