摘　　要：【摘要】目的探讨手术治疗颈内动脉床突旁动脉瘤（ICAPA）的方法一方法回顾性分析手术治疗IcAPA28倒惠音的临床资料．分析ICAPA的手术方法和技巧结果28例ICAPA均成功夹闭，夹闭方法为瘤颈直接夹闭20例、棉片包裹辅助夹闭3N和瘤体穿刺回抽减压夹闭或切开取栓夹闭5例术后随访1个月-5年．复查DSA或CTA提示动脉瘤均消失，无动脉瘤复发或再出血GOS评分恢复优12例、良15例、差1例。结论 手术治疗ICAPA安全有效.Objective To investigate the managements and techniques of surgical treatment of internal carotid artery paraclinoid aneurysms. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 28 cases with internal carotid artery paraclinoid aneurysms was peribrmcd, the surgical managements and techniques of internal carotid artery paraclinoid aneurysms were summarized. Results Of the 28 cases of successfully clipped internal carotid artery paraclinoid aneurysrns, 20 cases were clipped directly, 3 cases were clipped with cotton assisted and 5 cases were clipped with aneurysm body punctured or cut to remove thrombus. All cases were followed up 1 month to 5 years after operation, DSA or CTA showed anemwsms disappeared, and there was no recurrence and rebleeding. According to the evaluation of GOS rating, 12 cases were in an excellent condition, 15 cases in a good condition and I case in a bad condition. Conclusions Surgical treatment of internal carotid artery paraclinoid aneurysms is sate and effective.
