摘  要:【摘要】目的观察茶多酚(TP)对缺氧耐受力作用的影响。方法经灌胃给予小鼠25mg/(k·d)、50mg/(kg·d)、100mg(kg·d)的茶多酚,进行常压耐缺氧、亚硝酸钠中毒存活和急性脑缺血性缺氧试验。结果茶多酚在50mg/(kg·d)、100mg(kg·d)剂量时,具有延长小鼠常压缺氧存活时间。在100mg/(kg·d)剂量时,具有延长亚硝酸钠中毒小鼠存活时间;在50mg/(kg·d)、100mg/(kg·d)剂量时,具有延长小鼠急性脑缺血性缺氧喘气时间。结论茶多酚具有良好的耐缺氧作用。Objective To explore the effect on tolerance ofhypoxia of tea ply-phenols. Methods Various doses of tea plyphenols, ie. 25mg/(kg.d), 50 mg/(kg.d), 100 mg/(kg.d), were delivered via gastric tube for 30 days, followed by the testing for the tolerance of hypoxia under difference conditions. The conditions included being under normal pressure, under natrium nitrosum poisoning, acute cerebral ischemia. Results At the doses of 25mg/ (kg·d), 50 mg/(kg.d), 100 mg/(kg.d), tea plyphenols prolonged the surviving duration of hypoxia under normal pressure. At the dose of 100 mg/(kg.d), it prolonged the surviving duration of hypoxia under natrium nitrosum poisoning, at the dose of 50 mg/(kg.d), 100 mg/(kg.d), tea plyphenols prolonged the time of breathing of hypoxia under acute cerebral ischemia. Conclusions Tea plyphenols improves the tolerance of hypoxia.
