摘  要:采用紫外分光光度法,以邻苯二胺作显色剂,波长334 nm,测定富硒麦芽中微量元素硒的含量。结果表明,线性方程为A=0.207 78c+0.003 69,相关系数r=0.999 86;平均加标回收率为98.04%,RSD=4.4%;方法的精密度(RSD=2.7%)、重现性(RSD=1.4%)和稳定性(RSD=0.80%)均较好;富硒麦芽中硒的含量为0.6~42.1μg/g。该方法具有操作简单,测定快速,灵敏度高,毒性较小等优点,适用于测定麦芽中微量硒的含量。The content of Se in selenium-rich malt is determined with ultraviolet spectrophotometry with ophenylendiamine as the chromogenic agent under 334 nm detection wavelength. The result showed that the regression equation is A = 0. 207 78 c + 0. 003 69,the correlation coefficient is 0. 999 86; The average recovery rate is 98. 04% and the RSD is 4. 4%; The precision( RSD = 2. 7%),reproducibility( RSD = 1. 4%)and stability( RSD = 0. 80%) of the method are good; The content of selenium in Se-enriched malt is 0. 6~ 42. 1 μg / g. This method has the advantage of simple operation,fast measurement,high sensitivity,a smaller toxicity and so on,especially applicable for the determination of trace element selenium in malt.
