摘　　要：对我国高等学校工程训练面临的问题进行了探讨和研究,详细分析了工程训练的现状及存在问题,并提出了改革的方案,旨在寻求一种可行的解决办法,从而提高工程训练实习的效果,使学生能学习到更多的工艺知识,更好地培养他们的创新意识和动手能力.In the report,the current situations and existing problems of the engineering training in the universities of our country were analyzed. Some reformation plans were proposed,and a feasible solution method was obtained,which improved the effects of engineering training and developed the innovation consciousness and ability of the students very well.
