石油类高职院校青年教师提高科研素质的途径

摘　　要：科研作为大学的重要基本职能,其实力和水平是学校社会地位和声誉的主要衡量标志。为更好地从事高等职业教育工作,调研了国内的石油类高职院校的创办背景、师资力量和科研基础,对比分析了青年教师的科研工作现状。以承德石油高等专科学校工业技术中心为例,提出加强石油类高职院校青年教师科研素质的培养途径,努力改善石油人才输送质量,提升石油技能队伍素质。As an important basic function of universities,scientific research is the main measure of the social status and reputation of the school. In order to better engage in the work of higher vocational education,the establishment background,the teacher strength and the scientific basis of the domestic petroleum vocational colleges are investigated. Finally,taking the industrial technology center of Chengde Petroleum College as an example,this paper proposes to strengthen the cultivation of young teachers＇ scientific research quality in petroleum higher vocational colleges,and try to improve the quality of oil talents and improve the quality of petroleum industry.
