摘　　要：实验教学是高校实践型创新人才培养的重要途径,而实验室又承担着实验教学的重任,因此,加强实验室建设是提升实验教学水平和高校人才培养的必然要求。生物化学与分子生物学实验室为提高分子生物学实验课程的教学质量,在实验室试剂耗材条件、设备资源配置和实验环境安全建设上进行了不懈探究和努力实践,在推进实验教学改革和建立安全实验环境等方面取得了良好的效果。Experiment teaching is an important way of cultivating practice innovative talents, and the laboratory carries the responsibility of experiment teaching. Therefore, enforcing the laboratory construction is the inevitable demand of improving experiment teaching level and cultivating talents in universities. In order to improve the teaching quality of molecular biology experiment, biochemistry and molecular biology lab has made unremitting efforts on the construction of the reagents and consumption material condition, the equipment resource allocation and the experiment environmental safety. These efforts have obtained good effects on promoting the experiment teaching reform and establishing a safe experimental environment.
