摘　　要：通过对国外创新创业(以下简称:双创)教育实践的理论综述和实践总结,和与国内大学生双创活动的开展过程的比较,分析了国内大学生双创活动开展过程中存在的问题,构建了多维动态创新模型(MDMI),分别从动力维、要素维和主体维三个维度对大学生双创活动的教育和开展进行分析,并围绕该模型完善了大学生双创活动顺利开展的机制与对策,形成有利于大学生双创活动开展的多方合一、协调发展的新格局。Through summarizing the theory and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship（ Hereinafter referred to as IE） education abroad,the process of the domestic college students＇ innovative entrepreneurial activity was compared,the problems existing in the process the domestic college students＇ I-E activities was analyzed. A multi-dimensional dynamic model of innovation（ MDMI） was then established. We analyzed the education and practice of college students＇ I-E activities from the power dimension,the elements dimension and the main body dimension,separately. The mechanism and countermeasure of college students＇ I-E activities were established and carried out smoothly,form a new,multi-inone by using the model. A coordinated development pattern of I-E activities was taken place,a favorable public opinion environment appears,and a good atmosphere was formed to benefit college students＇ entrepreneurship.
