摘  要:实验室是高校的心脏,对学校的健康发展至关重要,实验教学是培养大学生创新能力的重要载体。在界定创新能力涵义的基础上,反思了应试教育、传统文化对当代大学生创新意识的负面影响,指出了当前高校实验教学中创新教育存在的认识误区,对弱化验证性实验、开放式实验教学不到位、实验教学师资队伍结构严重失调等问题进行了深入剖析,给出了以创新意识启蒙为核心、实验与理论教学一体化教学模式、稳定实验教学队伍和优化实验资源配置等对策。Laboratory is the heart of college,and is essential for the healthy development of the college. The experiment teaching is an important carrier of cultivating the students' ability of innovation. Based on defining the connotation of the innovation ability,we reflect on the negative effects of examination oriented education and traditional culture on contemporary college students' innovation consciousness; then point out the misunderstanding existing in the current education of innovation in experiment teaching of college. Issues,such as weakening the verification experiment,open experiment teaching not in place,and the teaching staff structure serious imbalance,are analyzed in-depth. The corresponding countermeasures are given with the enlightenment of innovation consciousness as the core,the teaching mode of the integration of theory and experiment,the stabilization of experiment teaching team and optimization of experimental resources.
