摘　　要：安全观察与沟通是落实有感领导、展现领导承诺的一种有效手段[1]。通过对杜邦公司安全文化体系的认知,深刻剖析在化工危险作业中应该如何做好安全观察与沟通。结合当前在化工生产中的重点应用及注意事项,本文分别对安全观察与沟通的概况、内容及应用等,进行了较详细的分析与阐述。在工作中倡导并积极开展安全观察与沟通,将达到较好的安全管理效果。Security Watch is to implement felt leadership and communication,as a means to show leadership commitments.Through the perception of the state company＇s safety culture system,a profound analysis of the chemical industry should be how to do dangerous work safety observation and communication.Combined with the current focus on the application and precautions in chemical production,the significance of safety observation and communication,content and applications were carried on for a more detailed exposition and analysis.Advocacy at work and actively carrying out safety observation and communication will achieve better security management effectiveness.
