农村留守儿童关爱行动必要性研究——基于江西省六市的问卷调查

摘　　要：留守儿童是我国城市化进程中形成的特殊弱势群体。近年来,留守儿童安全、教育、心理健康等个案引起了广泛的社会关注。我国政府开始强调农村留守儿童这一特殊群体的权益保护问题,并逐渐倡导开展留守儿童关爱行动。然而,各地已开展的行动大都处于探索阶段,学术界对留守儿童关爱行动所做的梳理与评价还不是很清晰,开展关爱行动的事实依据也还并不充分。2014年5月,课题组在江西省六个城市进行了大规模的问卷调查,发放问卷1000余份。文章通过对问卷结果的分析,从父母关爱缺失、临时监护缺位、学校教育缺口等方面为农村留守儿童关爱行动的必要性寻找事实依据,进而为关爱行动的内容提供参考,力求使农村留守儿童关爱行动的切入点更加准确和具体。Objective To evaluate the process quality of clinical pharmacy service （CPS） in some urban general tertiary hospi- tals and analyze the core elements and typical characteristics of. CPS. Methods The data involved the cases of clinical pharmacists participating in treatment which were from the clinical pharmacists＇ work documents were excerpted, categorized and analyzed. This paper focused on the clinical pharmacists＇medical suggestions for physicians;Results The 97.34% of medical suggestions were accepted by physicians and implemented in medication management. The main interventions were recommendations for drug category, drug dosage, drug delivery and medical examination. The cause of interventions mainly included improving outcomes. The drugs used most frequently were antibiotics in the eases involved CPS interventions;Conclusion The CPS interventions could improve the safety of pharmaeotherapy,though there is plenty of room for improvement. The CPS interventions could not improve the economics of the pharmacotherapy. The strategy of developing CPS is to expand the departments of CPS pilot hospitals and grant clinical pharmacists with the authority in decision support system for medication management,which can improve CPS interventions in the safety and economy of pharmacotherapy.
