摘　　要：针对具有优先级和需求特性的产学研合作伙伴选择问题,运用QFD的质量屋模型识别产学研合作伙伴选择的关键指标,据此构建"多阶段—多需求"的合作伙伴选择指标体系;然后,结合具有模糊特性的Vague值改进最大化群体效应—最小化个体遗憾的VIKOR法,实现企业视阈下的产学研合作伙伴选择排序;最后,以某制药企业为例实证研究其合作伙伴选择过程,证明该方法的有效性和可行性。This paper aims at solving the I-U cooperative partners＇ selection,which has priority and demanding characteristics. First,this paper used QFD to identify key factors of partners selection,and established selective index of multistage-multiple requirements. Second,considering data integrity and maximization of effect-minimizing individual regret,the I-U cooperative partners are sorted by the combination of Vague and VIKOR. Finally,in order to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the method,a pharmaceutical enterprise is taken for instance,and its potential partners are chosen for enterprise decision makers to choose the best solution.
