摘　　要：介绍了一种以蓄能器快速加载为特点的安全阀实验台,并基于Lab VIEW软件对该实验台的测控系统进行了分析与设计。同时,为了验证所设计的测控系统的正确性,对某安全阀进行了冲击特性实验,根据测控系统生成的压力及流量曲线,可看出实验数据符合实际工况,测控系统合理可行,该系统在高校实验教学及工业性试验中具有推广价值。This paper introduces a large flow safety valve test bench characterized by fast loading of accumulator,and analyzes and designs the test system based on Lab VIEW software. At the same time,in order to verify the design of measurement and control system is correct,a safety valve were impulse characteristics test is carried out. According to the pressure and flow curves generated by the measurement and control system,and the test data obtained on line with the actual working conditions,the measurement and control system is accurate and feasible.
