摘　　要：实验教学一直是人才培养过程中的一个重要环节,而良好的实验教学效果在很大程度上依赖于实验室的高效管理模式。经过多年的探索与实践,生化实验室立足于实践型创新人才的培养,构建了综合"区域管理、开放管理、绿色管理"三大管理理念为一体的多元化管理模式,为人才培养提供了一个增加实践机会、激发学习兴趣、培养创新意识的保障性平台。Experimental teaching is an important link in the process of cultivating talents,and to a large extent,the good experimental teaching effect depends on the efficient management model of laboratory. After years of exploration and practice,the biochemical laboratory has constructed a diverse management model based on cultivating practice and creative talents,which includes regional management,open management and green management. This model provides a protective platform for cultivation of talents,which increases practice opportunites,stimulates learning interest and cultivates innovation consciousness.
