高职院校党校以思政部为教学运作主体的模式探究

摘　　要：当前高职院校党校普遍采取挂靠组织部的模式,党校教学工作的广泛性、深入性与实际效果都与设立党校的初衷有着显著的距离。在学校用于党校建设的经费不能大幅增加的现实条件下,由思政部来主导党校教学工作可以使得实际用于党校教学的各种资源显著增加从而大幅提升党校工作的实效。这种党校运作模式的改革可从学校更加重视党建工作、完善党校工作的组织架构、构建完整的课程体系与制定多层面的评价、激励机制等四个主要方面来推动。The Party school in higher vocational colleges is generally affiliated to the organization department of the college committee of CPC and present teaching profession is far from what people expected on the universality,depth and actual effects.Though the total fund to strengthen Party school can＇t be increased by a large margin,the actual resources used for teaching in Party school will observably increase and the actual effect of teaching in the Party school will be substantially promoted by the way of making the Ideological and political department as the dominant operation body of the Party school in higher vocational colleges.This new operation pattern of Party schools will be fulfilled from four aspects of paying more attention to the Party＇s development,improving the organizational structure of the Party school,building a complete curriculum system and developing an effective mechanism of multi-level evaluation and incentives.
