“白虎消迟汤”治疗迟发性运动障碍疗效总结

摘　　要：目的探讨白虎消迟汤治疗迟发性运动障碍的疗效。方法共60例符合迟发性运动障碍诊断的患者随机数字表法分入白虎消迟汤或异丙嗪治疗组,疗程8周,进行随机对照研究。使用异常不自主运动评定量表评定治疗前后不自主运动的变化情况。采用阳性和阴性综合征量表(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale,PANSS)和不良反应量表(Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale,TESS)进行精神症状、药物不良反应的评定。对迟发性运动障碍的患者特征进行统计描述。结果与使用异丙嗪组相比,白虎消迟汤可以明显改善迟发性运动障碍的症状(P<0.05),治疗8周末症状改善更为明显。两组患者治疗前后PANSS、TESS量表分值差异无统计学意义。结论白虎消迟汤对迟发性运动障碍有疗效。Objective To observe the effect of the decoction of Baihuxiaochi combined with Promethazine in the treatment of tardive dyskinesias. Methods Totally 60 cases of tardive dyskinesias were divided into the control group or study group randomly. The control group was treated with Promethazine,while study group with Chinese medicine. The scores of Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale（ AIMS） and Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（ PANSS）,Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（ TESS） were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the scores of AIMS in study group decreased significantly in contract with control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. The decrease of AIMS scores began in the fourth week and kept bigger till the end of study. While the scores of PANSS and TESS had not significantly changes at the ending point in contrast with contral group. Conclusion The decoction of Baihuxiaochi could treat the tardive dyskinesias.
