摘  要:以文心兰鲜切花为试材,采用冷库和冰袋预冷2种处理,研究其对文心兰鲜切花采后瓶插寿命及生理指标的影响。结果表明:文心兰鲜切花经冷库预冷6h和包装箱内6个冰袋预冷48h处理后,其鲜切花的瓶插寿命最长,为14.3d,比对照(CK)延长了2.5d。经预冷处理后,文心兰鲜切花瓶插寿命的延长与其水分平衡值、丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性总糖含量的变化明显相关,表明冰袋预冷处理可有效降低其鲜切花采后水分和营养消耗,延缓衰老和延长其瓶插寿命。Taking fresh cut flowers of Oncidiumas material,using refrigeration house and ice bags precooling treatment,the effects on vase life and physiological indexes of fresh cut flowers of Oncidium were studied.The results showed that after precooling treatment for 6hours in refrigeration house and cold storage in packaging boxes treated for 48 hours using 6ice bags,the vase life of the fresh cut flowers was the longest among all the treatments and was 14.3days which prolonged 2.5days compared with control.The vase life prolonging of fresh cut flowers of Oncidiumafter precooling treatment was significantly related to the water balance value,contents of MDA and total soluble sugar.It indicated that ice bags precooling treatment could effectively decrease consume of water and nutrition and delay senescence and prolong the vase life of fresh cut flowers of Oncidium.
