摘 要:目的:测量唇裂患者牙槽突裂隙骨缺损量及并分析骨缺损量与鼻畸形程度的相关性,为唇裂后期修复手术的实施提供影像学参考数据,为临床治疗方案的选择提供参考。方法:本研究纳入2012年1月-2015年4月我科室收治疗的单侧唇裂并伴齿槽裂患者46例,搜集患者CT影像学资料,通过螺旋CT对患者上颌及牙齿的三维重建,计算骨缺损量,并采用Pearson相关性分析计算骨缺损量与患侧鼻孔高的相关性。结果:46例患者均有不同程度骨缺损,缺损最小值为961mm3,最大值为1820mm^3,平均(1450±135)mm^3。骨缺损程度与患者患侧鼻孔高具有明显的相关性,相关系数r为0.801。结论:齿槽裂患者骨缺损利用螺旋CT三维重建齿槽裂患者上颌及牙齿模型可获得较准确的患者真实骨缺损量,为植骨手术提供数据支持。Objective To provide data support for Clinical surgery program,applying Spiral CT to Three-dimensional reconstruction of the maxillary alveolar cleft patient model,measuring bone defect condition of alveolar cleft patients,and analyzing the relationship between bone defect condition and nasal deformity. Methods Including 46 patients With unilateralcleft lip and alveolar cleft from January 2014 to April 2015, calculate the amount of bone defect with ipsilateral nostril high correlation apply for pearson correlation analysis,collecting CT imaging data of patients,computing the amount of bone defects by spiral CT patients maxillary teeth and three-dimensional reconstruction. Results 46 patients had varying degrees of bone defects. Defect minimum was 961mm-3, the maximum was 1820 mm-3,the mean(1450 ± 135) mm3.The bone defect with ipsilateral nostril high significant correlation, correlation coefficient r=0.801. Conclusion Alveolar cleft patients with bone defect reconstruction with Spiral CT to Three-dimensional reconstruction of the maxillary alveolar cleft and teeth model and get a more accurate model of the patient's bone defect of patients to provide data to support the value of bone surgery.
