改良调拌成品型空管糊剂用于乳牙根管充填的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究改良调拌成品型空管糊剂用于乳牙根管充填的临床可操作性和疗效。方法:选择临床180颗需要进行根管治疗的乳牙,随机分为3组,每组60颗。A组:Vitapex充填,B组:空管糊剂充填,C组:改良调拌成品型空管糊剂充填,三组均于术后半年进行复查。结果:A组、B组、C组三组有效率分别为91.1%、86.7%和90.0%。B组与A组、C组均存在统计学差异(P<0.05);A组与C组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:改良调拌成品型空管糊剂其高效的抗菌性、便捷的充填方式、无牙冠变色及廉价的成本值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical operability and efficacy of root canal filling with improved mixed hollow canal paste in deciduous teeth. Methods A total of 180 teeth were randomly divided into three groups. Group A was treated with Vitapex. Group B was treated with hollow canal paste. Group C was treated with improved mixed hollow canal paste. The effects were observed after one year. Results After one year, success rates of three groups were 91.1%,86.7% and 90%. Group B and A were statistical（P〈0.05）. Group B and C were statistical（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference（P〈0.05） between group A and C. Conclusion Improved mixed Hollow canal paste with its efficient antimicrobial resistance, convenient filling mode, no crown discoloration and cheap cost is worthy wide application.
