新形势下农业科研单位产学研结合的做法和体会——以山东省农业科学院作物研究所为例

摘　　要：产学研结合是推进科技创新和成果转化的有效举措。近年来,山东省农业科学院作物研究所与国内多家知名企业建立了长期合作关系,努力打造产学研结合平台,取得了显著成绩,为"三农"事业的发展做出了突出贡献。文章阐述了山东省农业科学院作物研究所产学研结合的主要做法,如以制度和机制规范产学研合作、建设科研协作示范基地、构建以企业为主体的示范推广体系等,并分析了产学研结合工作存在的问题,提出了相应的建议,以期为农业科研单位加强产学研结合工作提供借鉴。Combination of the enterprises, universities and research institutes is an effective measure to promote scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation. Crop Research Institute of SAAS has already built a long-term cooperative relationship with many famous domestic enterprises, created university- industry cooperation platform, made remarkable achievements and made outstanding contributions to ＂serving agriculture, serving rural areas, serving farmers＂. Main methods of Crop Research Institute of SAAS were discussed,such as regulating cooperation by institution and mechanism, building collaborated demonstration base, constructing extension system which enterprise being main body, etc. Problems in this area were also analyzed and suggestions were put forward. These were for supply references to strengthen combination of the enterprises, universities and research institutes in agricultural research institutions.
