摘　　要：组织沉默是组织中普遍存在的一种群体现象,这一现象的存在,影响着组织的发展和个体的成长。长期以来是管理学关注的对象,有关护士组织沉默的研究则特别少。本研究通过对组织沉默的概念、结构、原因、影响、测量等相关内容进行详细归纳总结,为建立符合我国国情,适宜测评我国护士组织沉默的工具提供参考。Organizational silence is a group phenomenon which is widespread,its existence affecting the development of the organization and the growth of the individual.Have long been focused by the management,but the studies of nurse organizational silence is very special.This study through sum up the concept, structure,reason,influence and measure about organizational silence,which provide the reference in order to establish tools of conform to China＇s national conditions and appropriate assessment our country＇s nurse＇s organizational silence.
