多西他赛周疗法联合同步放疗治疗食管癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察多西他赛周疗法联合同步放疗治疗食管癌的临床疗效。方法 88例食管癌患者,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,各44例。对照组采用单纯放疗进行治疗;观察组在单纯放疗的基础上采用多西他赛周疗法进行化疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、可溶性MHC-1分子链相关基因A(s MICA)水平,并比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗前两组患者血清CRP、IL-6、IL-8、s MICA水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的血清CRP、IL-6、IL-8、s MICA水平显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的完全缓解率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的部分缓解率及不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且患者的不良反应未受到化疗和放疗的影响。结论多西他赛周疗法联合同步放疗治疗食管癌临床效果显著,可以在临床上进一步推广和使用。Objective To observe clinical effect by docetaxel week therapy combined with concurrent radiotherapy in the treatment of esophagus cancer. Methods A total of 88 patients with esophagus cancer were divided by different treatment way into observation group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received radiotherapy alone for treatment, and the observation group received additional docetaxel week therapy for treatment. Comparison was made on interleukin-6（IL-6）, serum C-reactive protein（CRP）, interleukin-8（IL-8）, solubility MHC-1 molecular chain related gene A（s MICA） levels before and after treatment, along with clinical effects after treatment in the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference of serum CRP, IL-6, IL-8 and s MICA levels between the two groups before treatment（P0.05）. After treatment, the observation group had much better serum CRP, IL-6, IL-8 and s MICA levels than the control group（P0.05）, and its complete remission rate was obviously higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. There was no statistical significance in difference of partial remission rate and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P0.05）. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy showed no influence on adverse reactions in patients. Conclusion Combination of docetaxel week therapy and concurrent radiotherapy provides excellent clinical effect in treating esophagus cancer, and it is worth further clinical promotion and application.
