单操作孔全胸腔镜手术在胸部肿瘤手术中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的深入探讨在胸部肿瘤手术的治疗中,采用单操作孔全胸腔镜手术的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年11月至2014年10月期间收治的40例胸部肿瘤患者为研究对象,采用随机性分组的方式将患者均分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者行常规多操作孔胸腔镜手术治疗,观察组患者行单操作孔全胸腔镜手术治疗,然后就两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果经资料整合,两组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、拔管时间及术后住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单操作孔全胸腔镜手术具有时间段、创伤小、失血少的优势,在胸部肿瘤手术的应用中具有较好的临床效果。Objective To explore in the treatment of breast cancer surgery, by a single operating hole totally thoracoscope surgery clinical effect. Method Selection in November 2012 to October 2014 admitted during the period of 40 cases of breast cancer patients as the research object, with the method of random grouping patients were divided into observation group and control group, control group routine more aperture thoracoscope surgery operation, observation group row single hole totally thoracoscope surgery operation, then to compare the effect of two groups of patients. Results The data integration, two groups of patients in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, extubation time and postoperative hospital stay, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Single operation hole totally thoracoscope surgery has the time, the advantage of slight trauma, less blood loss, in thoracic tumor surgery applications has good clinical effect.
