除风益损汤治疗眼穿通伤的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察除风益损汤治疗眼穿通伤的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性研究方法,在我院治疗的眼穿通伤患者中,随机选择40例,均为单眼发病。按是否服用中药,分成中药组和对照组各20例。两组对需要手术者予手术治疗,均予全身抗生素、激素及抗生素、激素滴眼液。治疗后随访半年。结果治疗后随访半年,中药组:治愈14只眼(70.0%),好转5只眼(25.0%),无效1只眼(5.0%);对照组:治愈3只眼(15.0%),好转9只眼(45.0%),无效8只眼(40.0%)。结论治疗眼穿通伤时,在必要的西医治疗基础上,配合除风益损汤起效快、疗效显著。Objective To observe clinical curative effect of Chufeng Yisun Decoction treating eye through injury. Methods The observation adopts the method of retrospective study. Forty patients are randomly selected from eye through injury patients in our hospital, and all the patients are single eye attack. Divide the patients into Chinese medicine group and control group through having or not taken Chinese medicine, every group includs twenty patients. If necessary, offer surgry for patients. In addition, offer antibiotic and hormone drugs for every patient. Follow half a year after treatment. Results Follow half a year after treatment, Chinese medicine group：14 eyes（70.0%）were cured,5 eyes（25.0%） were improved,1 eyes（5.0%） were invalid. control group：3 eyes（15.0%）were cured, 9 eyes（45.0%） were improved, 8 eyes（40.0%） were invalid. Conclusion Chufeng Yisun Decoction combined with necessary western medicine treatment has a quick and good curative effect on the treatment of eye through injury.
