摘　　要：思考基于MOOC的教学模式改革,并在《临床检验仪器学》课程实际应用,充分利用MOOC优势。提出可将MOOC中"提取"练习、"同伴互评"引进课堂,提高课堂的教学质量。在临床检验仪器学课程应用后,结果表明:教师把MOOC策略引入课堂,确实可提高教学质量。Teaching mode reform is thought based on MOOC, and it is practiced in the course of the clinical inspection instruments making full use of MOOC advantage. The idea is put forward that the ’extraction practice’,and ’peer assessment’ of MOOC can be introduced into the classroom in order to improve the education quality. After the application in the course of the clinical inspection instruments, it is proved： it indeed can improve the quality of teaching when teachers introduce MOOC strategy into the classroom.
