酒与污水定律在辅导员学生管理中的实践应用

摘　　要：高校辅导员是学生管理工作的主导者,辅导员是与大学生接触最多、距离最近、是最了解大学生基本情况的一线管理人员。然而在现实工作中,辅导管理学生人数众多,学生素质参差不齐,辅导员在学生管理工作中易产生职业倦怠。尤其对于刚就职的年轻辅导员来说,如果缺乏管理学相关知识,更会在个性千差万别的学生面前束手无策。了解管理学"酒与污水"定律,并将其合理应用在学生管理工作中,对学生进行分类管理,挑出典型破坏分子,重点管控,能够避免少数学生的不良影响在集体生活中持续发酵和传播扩散,有助于营造一个良好、积极向上的集体,使辅导员的管理工作事半功倍。Counselor is the leader of the student management work of colleges and universities, counselors contact most and closest with the college students. Counselors are the first line managers to understand the basic situation of college students. In the real work, however, because of the largest number of coaching management students,uneven students’ quality, the counselors are easy to cause job burnout in student management. Especially for young counselors, if they are lack of knowledge of management, they will be helpless in front of the students with different personalities. If they understand the management ＂wine and sewage＂ law and reasonably apply it in the work of student management, using this principle to categorize students, picking out the typical damage molecules, and controlling them. The bad influence of a few students will be avoided to ferment continuously and spread in the collective life. Therefore, this principle will be helpful to build a good, positive collective, and conducive to the management of the counselors to get twice the result with half the effort.
