新媒体时代高校突发事件的媒体应对

摘　　要：新媒体时代高校突发事件的媒体在信息反应及时性、传播范围和速度、受众信息获取等方面都具有自己独特的一面。媒体应对一是高校突发事件应急机制建设的重要组成部分和关键环节,二是在高校突发事件的处理和平息具有舆论引导作用,三是彰显高校以人为本、依法办学的重要窗口,四是媒体应对具有降低高校突发事件应对成本的作用。高校突发事件媒体应对首先要完善高校突发事件应急机制,促使高校突发事件获取与媒体同步,其次要构建高校的自媒体,掌握高校突发事件媒体宣传主动权,最后是从法律法规方面对高校突发事件的信息传播加以规制。Under the new media era, the media response to emergency in universities and colleges show its unique aspect in terms of timeliness in information response, spreading scope, speed, obtaining audience information and other areas. As far as coping with media is concerned, firstly it is the important constituent and key link to construct emergency mechanism for the emergency in universities and colleges; secondly, it plays leading role in disposing and quieting down such emergency among the public opinion; thirdly, it is the key window that manifests people-oriented and running school according to law; fourthly, it could reduce the coping cost for the emergency in universities and colleges. With respect to the media for emergency in universities and colleges, the emergency mechanism for such emergency shall be perfected in the first place, so as to promote the emergency acquisition to be synchronous with the media; next the self-media shall be constructed, for the sake of grasping the media propagandizing initiative; finally the regulations shall be made from the perspective of laws and regulations towards information spreading.
