摘　　要：文章从加强高校青年教师思想政治教育的内在规定性为切入点,就加强高校青年教师思想政治教育的实践基础、基本内容、教育途径提出看法,以期促进对高校青年教师思想政治的理解和把握,引导其为实现中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦"和"两个一百年"奋斗目标的实现贡献力量。This paper shed lights on strengthening ideological and political education of young college teachers in terms of practical basis, basic content and the way of education with a view to promoting the understanding and grasping of young college teachers’ ideological and political education, what’s more, leading them to contribute to achieve ＂China dream＂, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and ＂Two Centenary Goals＂.
