摘  要:目的院校合作在医学高职教育人才培养中的作用。方法连续接收2010/2011级两届学生作为实验组,在医院完成临床理论课程,进行毕业实习,培养临床专业技能及全科适宜技术,在社区完成岗位技能训练,转年进行6门专业课程(临床诊断、临床内科、临床外科、临床儿科、临床妇产科、预防医学)的考核测试。抽取2009级相同班级的学生作为对照组;对比考核成绩。结果 2010级核心课程妇产科学、外科学的考试成绩优于对照组;2011级核心课程内科学、妇产科学、儿科学、诊断学、外科学的考试成绩对照组。结论院校合作是高等职业医学教育实现人才培养目标的有效手段。Objective Academic cooperation in vocational education personnel training in medicine. Methods Received continuously the 2010/2011 level two students as the experimental group performed at the hospital clinical theory courses, graduation practice, develop clinical and general professional skills appropriate technology, complete the job skills training in the community, the second year of six professional core courses(clinical diagnostics, internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, preventive medicine) the exam. Extracting the same 2009 class of students as a control group; comparative test results. Results 2010 core curriculum obstetrics and gynecology, surgery test scores than the control group, 2011 within the core curriculum, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, diagnostics, surgery test scores in the control group. Conclusion Institutions cooperation is an effective means to achieve higher vocational medical education personnel training objectives.
