摘 要:为了探索TRIP590先进高强钢板的复杂变形行为,从试验、理论和有限元模拟三个方面对其在不同双向加载路径下的应力应变关系进行研究。针对TRIP590先进高强钢板料进行十字形试件的双向拉伸试验,获得了不同加载路径下的双向拉伸变形性能。基于弹塑性理论和广义胡克定律,采用Mises屈服准则和Hill48屈服准则(Hill屈服准则采用两种方法求解其参数)给出包含弹性和塑性应变在内的双向拉伸真实应力-真实应变关系曲线,并与试验结果进行对比,分析不同屈服准则的精度及误差原因。采用ABAQUS有限元软件,基于Mises和Hill48两种屈服准则对十字形试件不同加载路径下的双向拉伸试验进行有限元模拟。将试验直接采集到的不同加载路径下的双向拉伸载荷-位移数据与有限元模拟结果进行对比,进一步分析不同屈服准则的精度,同时验证采用本研究中的十字形试件的双向拉伸试验来计算双向应力-应变关系的可行性。研究结果可为TRIP590先进高强钢板在实际成形工艺中的应用提供重要的技术支撑。In order to explore the complex deformation behavior of TRIP590 advanced high strength, the stress-strain relations of it under different biaxial loading paths are investigated with theoretical, experimental and finite element methods. The biaxial tensile tests of cruciform specimen for TRIP590 advanced high strength steel sheet are performed and the biaxial tensile properties are obtained under different loading paths. Based on elastic-plastic theory and the generalized Hook's law, the biaxial tensile true stress-true strain curves including elastic and plastic strain are presented using Mises and Hill48(the parameters of Hill48 yield function are calculated with two methods) yield criteria. The theoretical and experimental results are compared with each other and the accuracy and errors of different yield criteria are analyzed. The finite element method(FEM) simulation of the biaxial tensile tests of the cruciform specimen are carried out using ABAQUS FE software based on two yield criteria. In addition, the load-displacement curves measured directly from the experiment process are compared with the results of FEM simulation and the accuracy of different yield criteria is analyzed further. The feasibility of the calculation of biaxial stress-strain curves using the biaxial tensile tests of cruciform specimen adopted in this study is verified. The research results can provide important technical help for the application of TRIP590 advanced high strength steel in actual forming process.
