摘  要:目的研究外源性硫化氢(H2S)对肠缺血再灌注损伤(I/RI)后肠黏膜细胞凋亡的影响,为临床治疗肠I/RI的新药开发提供依据。方法以硫氢化钠(Na HS)作为硫化氢的外源性供体,将32只健康雄性Wistar大鼠分为四组:(A)正常对照组、(B)假手术组、(C)肠IR/I模型组、(D)肠IR/I+H2S(Na HS,14umol/kg)干预组,每组8只。通过HE染色观察小肠组织的形态学改变,并用流式细胞术检测肠黏膜细胞的凋亡率。结果肠IR/I+H2S组比肠IR/I组的肠黏膜损伤明显减轻,肠黏膜细胞的凋亡率也明显降低。结论在肠I/RI中,H2S能降低肠黏膜细胞的凋亡,起到保护肠黏膜的作用。Objective: To study the effects of exogenous hydrogen sulfide( H2S) on intestinal mucosal cell apoptosis after intestinal ischemia- reperfusion injury( I / RI). Methods: Sodium hydrosulfide( Na HS) was taken as a donor of H2 S. 32 Wistar rats were divided equally into 4 groups:( A) Nomal group( B) Sham operation group( C) Intestinal I / RI model group( D) Intestinal I / RI + H2S( Na HS,14 umol / kg) group. Intestinal tissue alteration was observed with HE assay. The apoptosis of intestinal mucosal cells was measured by flow cytometry. Results: Compared with I / RI group,the intestinal mucosal injury and cell apoptosis of I / RI + H2 S group was significantly reduced.Conclusion: In the intestinal I / RI,H2 S can reduce the apoptosis of intestinal mucosal cells,and can also protect the intestinal mucosa.
