摘 要:在治理某些被有毒物质污染的场地时,为了尽量减少二次污染,最大程度地缩减污染废物量,需要对地表一定深度内的污染砂土进行精确收集。针对现有路面铣刨机在戈壁地貌砂土收集方面的不足,研究了戈壁松散砂土的地表探测、铣刨深度误差控制、提高铣刨鼓一次性收集率等关键技术,研制了用于戈壁地貌砂土收集的实验装置。野外实验结果表明:该装置在连续起伏的戈壁地貌条件下,实现了污染砂土的等厚度收集,一次性收集率大于97%,收集深度误差在±4mm之内。该铣刨收集装置相关技术及设备可用于类似工况的采矿或场坪污染治理工程。In the disposal of a site polluted by toxic materials,the polluted sandy soil within a certain depth beneath the earth surface should be collected completely so as to reduce the secondary pollution and minimize the waste.A milling-planing device was developed based on the common milling-planing machines which are not suitable for Gobi sandy soil collection,and some key technologies for Gobi terrain detection,accurate control of milling-planing depth,and improvement of the one-lump collection efficiency of milling-planing drum were discussed.The device was tested in the fluctuating Gobi surface,and the result indicated that the experimental device can successfully collect the polluted sandy soil within a specific depth for an uncertainty less than±4mm,and the one-lump collection efficiency higher than 97%.The device and relevant technologies can be used for mining and site pollution disposal of similar operating conditions.
