摘　　要："一带一路"国家发展战略推动了甘肃对外开放合作发展,这对甘肃省翻译人才培养提出了新的要求。在对甘肃省翻译专业现状调研的基础上,分析了甘肃省翻译专业存在的问题,提出甘肃省高校应加强与政府、企业、行业协会的联系和互动,创新翻译人才培养模式,通过优化课程设置、强化实践教学、加强师资建设等策略提升翻译人才培养质量。The strategy of＂One Belt,One Road＂has promoted opening up to the outside world and the cooperation between Gansu and other countries,which will raise new need of translation personnel training in our province. By analyzing current development of translator education in Gansu province,the author discusses the questions and problems of translation education in Gansu Province. In order to improve quality of translation education in Gansu province,universities are suggested to take following strategies： working closely with government,language service enterprises and professional associations; innovating translation training mode,optimizing the curriculum,enhancing the practice teaching and providing more training opportunities to translator educators as well.
