摘　　要：目的探讨鳞癌抗原在宫颈癌前病变及早期宫颈癌治疗中的价值。方法采用酶联接免疫吸附剂测定(ELISA)法初检,化学发光法复检测定宫颈上皮内瘤变(CINⅡ或CINⅢ)、宫颈癌Ⅰ期与Ⅱa期患者共134例不同临床分期宫颈鳞癌患者SCC-Ag水平和阳性率。术后将其分为两组(随访组和对照组),对照组只做常规宫颈病变筛查。随访两年观察比较两组患者术后两年内诊断出宫颈癌前病变的复发率。结果宫颈癌Ⅰ期和宫颈癌Ⅱa期SCC-Ag水平、阳性率均明显高于宫颈上皮内瘤变(CINⅡ或CINⅢ)组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。SCC-Ag对术后检出宫颈肿瘤的复发率对比传统筛查方法,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论较高的血清SCC值可能意味着肿瘤恶性程度越高,血清SCC-Ag水平对于宫颈上皮内瘤变与宫颈癌早期的诊断、疗效判断、随访评估和复发后抢救性治疗措施均有重要的临床指导意义。Objective To discuss the value of squamous cell carcinoma antigen in cervical precancerous lesions and early cervical cancer therapy. Methods Using ELISA for early detection,chemiluminescence review measurement of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（ CINⅡ or CINⅢ）,patients with cervical cancer stage Ⅰ Ⅱa total 134 patients in different clinical stages of cervical squamous cell carcinoma SCC- Ag level and positive rate. They were divided into two groups after surgery,the control group only routine screening of cervical lesions,for a two- year follow- up. To observe and compare the recurrence rate of cervical lesions and early stage cervical cancer in two group of patients,more SCC- Ag value in the diagnosis of cervical cancer recurrence after surgery. Evaluating the value of SCC- Ag in the diagnosis of cervical cancer after surgical treatment of recurrence. Results The detection of postoperative recurrence rate of cervical cancer,there was a significant difference in SCC- Ag detection compared to traditional screening methods（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Higher serum SCC values may mean higher degree of malignancy.The serum SCC- Ag level for the pations of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（ CIN） and cervical cancer for early diagnosis,therapeutic evaluation,assessment and follow- up treatment after relapse rescue measures have important clinical guidance.
