摘 要:基于停车场收费通道的交通环境,针对ETC系统应用后对通道交通运行状态的影响进行深入分析,遵循科学性、全面综合性、实用性原则,从交通运行状态、能源消耗和环保价值3个方面选取5项指标建立停车场ETC项目效益综合评价指标体系,并运用数据包络分析法(DEA)对模拟条件下不同交通量、不同缴费方式比例条件下的交通效益进行超效率分析。结果证明,系统DEA效率与ETC缴费车辆比例呈正相关关系,当交通量为110 pcu·h-1,电子缴费比例为80%时,车均延误时间减少119.4 s,车均运行速度提高735%,收费通道内交通运行状态明显改善。According to the traffic environment of parking lots with charging channels, based on effect of the ap-plication of ETC system on traffic performance of parking lots, in light of scientific, comprehensive and practical principles, this paper established a comprehensive benefit evaluation system consisting of 5 indices selected from the three aspects of traffic operation status, cost of fuel consumption and the environmental value. Furthermore, by use of data envelopment analysis (DEA), it conducted extra-performance analyses of the traffic benefit for different traffic flow and proportions of payment methods under simulated conditions. The result indicated there was a positive correlation between DEA efficiency of the system and the proportion of ETC vehicles. It found out that average delay time decreased by 119.4 s, average travel speed increased by 735% under the simulated con-dition(110 pcu·h-1, 80%of ETC) and traffic operation status was improved significantly in the charging channel.
