摘　　要：企业文化与绩效管理作为企业管理的重要组成部分,两者相辅相成,共同促进企业良性发展。本文对企业文化与绩效管理的相关性和相互作用进行了比较,从绩效文化、持续沟通、制度体系三个方面就两者融合与发展进行了探讨。Enterprise culture and performance management are important parts of enterprise management,and they supplement each other to promote the healthy development of enterprises. This paper compared their correlation and interaction,and discussed about their integration and development from the performance culture,continuous communication,and institutional system.
