摘　　要：在20年的教学生涯中,我有收获,也有困惑,面对目前我国的教育教学现状,我反复追问自己,我们真正为学生做了些什么?现行教育体制的确到了改一改的时候了,片面追求分数和名利,不利于学生的健康成长,因此,我们要给予学生自主选择的空间。In 20 years of teaching, there is the harvest, but also confusion. facing the current situation of our country＇s education and teaching, I repeatedly asked myself, ＂What did the teachers really do for the students？＂ It＇s time for the current education system to be reformed. It is not conducive to students＇ health and growth if we go after score and reputation one-sidedly. Therefore, we have to give students freedom of choice space.
