摘 要:自企业基因概念提出之后,就一直是国内外管理学界关注的焦点。很多学者从不同的角度来寻求决定企业生存、健康成长以及不断发展壮大的关键因素。对有关企业基因理论的文献进行梳理,从企业基因和企业基因重组、企业基因重组战略、企业基因重组战略的实施等方面对其进行综述。研究发现:只有按照企业DNA的逻辑思维,对企业的基因进行有效的选择并重新组合,形成具有个性化特点的企业基因模型,才能实现企业的可持续发展。Since the proposal came into being in the early 1980 s,the concept of enterprise's gene has been a focus attention in domestic and international managerial field. Many scholars have been seeking the key factors from different aspects that can ensure the survival and healthy growth as well as continuous development of the enterprises. This paper has sorted out documents of the theory of the enterprise' s gene and made a comprehensive description from the aspects of enterprise' s gene,its gene recombination,the recombination strategy and the implementation process etc. The study found that only in accordance with the logical thinking of enterprise DNA and by effectively selecting the enterprise' s gene and recombining it to form a model of the enterprise gene with individual features,can the enterprise's sustainable development be realized.
