摘  要:溜井卸矿冲击气流的产生受诸多因素影响,采取正确的措施抑制冲击气流的形成,能有效改善井下通风环境。基于流体力学,对冲击气流产生过程的能量关系进行理论分析,推导出冲击气流与冲击风压校正系数、溜井口局部阻力系数、卸矿体投影面积比、重力加速度、卸矿高度等因素有关。结合矿山实际情况,选取阻塞比和卸矿频率这两个主要因素进行Fluent模拟分析,结果表明:阻塞比与冲击气流存在正相关的幂函数关系,减小卸矿体的阻塞比可有效减小冲击气流;卸矿频率与冲击气流存在二次函数关系,根据函数特性选择恰当的卸矿频率也可有效减小冲击气流。The formation of impact air flow during ore drawing in drop shaft is affected by many factors.The underground ventilation environment can be effectively improved by taking the correct measures to suppress the formation of the impact air flow.Based on the fluid mechanics,the energy relation during the formation of the impact air flow was analyzed theoretically.It derived that the impact air flow was concerned with the correction coefficient of air pressure,the local resistance factor of wellhead,the projection area ratio of ore block,the gravitational acceleration,the ore-drawing height and other factors.Combining with the actual condition of mine,the blockage ratio and the ore-drawing frequency were selected for the Fluent numerical simulation.The results showed that the blockage ratio had a power function relationship with the impact air flow.Therefore,the impact air flow could be reduced effectively along with the decrease of blockage ratio.Moreover,the ore-drawing frequency had quadratic function relationship with the impact air flow,which also could effectively reduce the impact air flow based on the function characteristics.
