摘　　要：目的探讨骨显像的变化对肥大性肺性骨关节病治疗的指导意义。方法回顾性分析郑州大学第一附属医院2011年1月至2014年12月收治的28例HPO患者的临床资料。结果手术组HPO由阳转阴6例,未好转2例;综合治疗组HPO由阳转阴12例,未好转5例,由阳转阴又转阳1例,由阴转阳2例。结论早期行骨扫描发现HPO可帮助早期发现原发灶,提高肺癌早期诊断率和治愈率;HPO状态的动态变化在一定程度上可反映患者的临床疗效。Objective To study the significance of bone scan changes in the treatment of hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthropathy（ HPO）. Methods The clinical data of 28 cases of HPO treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January of 2011 to December of 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The surgery group： 6 cases were turned from positive to negative,2 cases did not be improved. The comprehensive treatment group： 12 cases were turned from positive to negative,5 cases did not be improved,1 case were turned from positive to negative and then to positive,2 cases were turned from negative to positive. Conclusion HPO early found by bone scan can help the early detection of primary tumors,and improve the early diagnosis rate and cure rate of lung cancer. The dynamic change of HPO status can reflect clinical curative effect in a certain extent.
