摘　　要：目的研究蛋白激酶CK2β在胃癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测94例胃癌及其癌旁正常胃黏膜组织芯片中CK2β的表达水平,分析CK2β的表达与胃癌患者临床病理特征的相关性。结果 94例胃癌组织中,CK2β阳性表达率为92.6%(87/94),癌旁正常胃黏膜组织中的阳性表达率为8.51%(7/94),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CK2β阳性表达率与胃癌患者TNM分期(P=0.012)、肿瘤分化程度(P=0.036)、淋巴结转移(P=0.023)相关。结论 1CK2β在人胃癌组织的表达水平显著高于其癌旁组织;CK2β的高表达与胃癌的临床病理特征相关。2CK2β可能成为潜在的胃癌分子标志物或治疗靶点。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of casein kinase 2β（ CK2β） in gastric carcinoma（ GC）. Methods The expression of CK2β in 94 cases of GC tissues was detected using immunohistochemistry（ SABC mothod） and the clinical and pathological features of the expression of CK2β in GC were analyzed. Results A positive expression of CK2β was found in 92. 6%（ 87 /94） of the GC tissues while 8. 51%（ 7 /94） of the normal mucosal tissues were positive expression for CK2β,showing a significant difference in the distribution of CK2β between normal and GC tissues（ P〈0. 05）. The expression level of CK2β in GC was associated with the pathological stage（ TNM）（ P = 0. 012）,degree of tumor differentiation（ P = 0. 036）and nodal metastasis（ P = 0. 023）. Conclusion 1The expression levels of CK2β in human GC tissues were significantly higher than in adjacent tissues,and the expression was closely related with clinicopathological features in GC; 2CK2β was a potential therapeutic target molecule and therapeutic marker.
