LigaSure血管闭合系统在食管癌右侧三切口手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨Liga Sure血管闭合系统在食管癌右侧三切口手术中的应用价值。方法 30例患者应用Liga Sure血管闭合系统,50例患者采用传统手术方式,比较两组的手术时间、游离胃时间、术中出血量、术后胸液量、血清白蛋白改变及住院天数。结果 Liga Sure血管闭合系统组和传统手术组的手术时间分别为(180.0±23.3)min、(193.1±24.0)min(P<0.05);游离胃时间分别为(17.1±4.1)min、(20.5±4.4)min(P<0.05);术中出血量分别为(252.3±56.7)ml、(287.8±72.4)ml(P<0.05);术后胸液量分别为(561.7±136.6)ml、(669.6±152.7)ml(P<0.05);血清白蛋白改变分别为(7.5±3.0)g/L、(9.7±3.1)g/L(P<0.05);住院时间分别为(22.6±2.9)d、(24.2±3.6)d(P<0.05)。结论 Liga Sure血管闭合系统在食管癌右侧三切口手术中的应用具有确切的优势,值得在食管癌右侧三切口手术中推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of Ligasure vessel sealing system in esophageal carcinoma radical operation with three right incisions. Methods 30 patients treated with Ligasure vessel sealing system and 50 patients treated with traditional surgery were analyzed in terms of operation time,freeing stomach time,the intraoperative blood loss,thoracic drainage,the change of serum albumin and hospitalization time. Results Compared with the traditional surgery group,operation time,freeing stomach time,the intraoperative blood loss,thoracic drainage,the change of serum albumin and hospitalization time decreased in Ligasure vessel sealing system group[（ 193. 1 ± 24. 0） minutes vs（ 180. 0 ± 23. 3） minutes（ P〈0. 05）;（ 20. 5 ± 4. 4） minutes vs（ 17. 1 ± 4. 1） minutes（ P〈0. 05）;（ 287. 8 ± 72. 4） ml vs（ 252. 3 ± 56. 7） ml（ P〈0. 05）;（ 669. 6 ± 152. 7） ml vs（ 561. 7 ± 136. 6） ml（ P〈0. 05）;（ 9. 7 ± 3. 1） g/L vs（ 7. 5 ± 3. 0） g/L（ P〈0. 05）;（ 24. 2 ± 3. 6） d vs（ 22. 6 ± 2. 9） d（ P〈0. 05） ]. Conclusion Ligasure vessel sealing system has the advantages of good effects and it deserves the clinical expansion in esophageal carcinoma radical operation with three right incisions.
